Yoga | Start your Day | best Asanas to increase the height | Fifth International day of Yoga -21 june 2019 | World Yoga Day






Sukhasana ( sitting pose pic) Pose  one of the easier yoga asanas, suitable for people of all ages. This basic level Vinyasa Yoga pose works best if done in the morning as it is a meditative pose. 



Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)

Trikonasana strengthens the muscles in our legs, arms and chest. It also benefits our joints like knees and ankles. The asana opens the hip; stretches hamstrings, calf muscles; and opens up the chest. It helps in the realignment of the spine and improves the equilibrium of our body.

Parivrtta Trikonasana: ( Revolved Triangle Pose) 


Chakrasana ( Wheel pose )This posture is extremely helpful in increasing height, no matter what your age is. It involves bending over in a backward direction like a chakra or wheel. As a result, the elasticity of the spinal cord increases a lot and the body becomes highly flexible. Both of these contribute to the height significantly. 
Tadasana  (Mountain pose)
one of the easiest yoga postures that you can practice since the early days for increasing your height. It has been found that this asana can make the spinal cord and limbs (arms and legs) stronger. It also helps in making the whole body agile, which is really beneficial for gaining height.
